Verzending en retouren

Effective June 14, 2026. Bestellingen worden vóór verzending gecontroleerd op bestemming, wettelijke beperkingen, productbehandeling, documentatie en beschikbaarheid van de vervoerder.

Shipping costs

Eligible orders with a cart subtotal of $400 USD or more after discounts receive free shipping automatically. Customs duties, taxes, permits, and other government charges remain the buyer’s responsibility unless Azure agrees otherwise in writing.

Bestemming en douane

De koper moet een volledig afleveradres opgeven en bevestigen dat de materialen rechtmatig kunnen worden gekocht, geïmporteerd, in bezit genomen en gebruikt voor onderzoek op de bestemming. Douanebesluiten, vergunningen, invoerrechten, belastingen en lokale beperkingen kunnen van invloed zijn op de levering.

Timing en tracking

Leveringstermijnen zijn schattingen, geen garanties. De timing is afhankelijk van de orderbeoordeling, betalingsbevestiging, voorraadtoewijzing, documentatie, vervoerderservice, douane, weer en bestemming. Tracking wordt na verzending verzonden, indien beschikbaar.

Inspection and reporting

Inspect the package promptly. Report damage, temperature concern, missing or incorrect items, or a delivery discrepancy to support@azuresynthetics.com with the order number, product, lot reference, packaging photos, and shipping label.

Cancellation and returns

Contact support before returning any material. Where applicable, consumers may have a statutory cancellation period for eligible unopened goods. Exceptions may apply to custom goods, rapidly deteriorating goods, or sealed goods that are unsuitable for return after unsealing. Mandatory local rights remain unaffected.

Refund review

Approved remedies may include replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the verified issue, product condition, carrier record, and applicable law. Shipping, customs, and payment fees are handled according to the cause of the issue and mandatory rules.
