Shipping availability

Standard shipping is free for destinations shown as available at checkout. Azure Synthetics does not ship to South Korea. We may use authorized fulfillment and logistics partners, and the dispatch location may vary by product and destination.

Processing and delivery estimates

After payment confirmation and order acceptance, preparation normally takes 0-1 business day. The current delivery estimate is 7-11 business days after dispatch for eligible destinations. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; customs, carrier delays, weather, and incomplete address information can affect delivery.

Carrier, tracking, and order status

The carrier is selected for the dispatch location and destination and is identified in the dispatch notice. When the carrier provides a tracking number, we send it to the email used for the order. Customers with an account can also review their order record; guest customers can contact support@azuresynthetics.com with an order number for an update.

Customs, taxes, and local requirements

The customer is responsible for confirming that an item may lawfully be imported, held, and used for the stated research purpose at the destination. Any import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, permits, or local compliance requirements are the customer's responsibility unless expressly included in the checkout total.

Cancellations and changes

문의 support@azuresynthetics.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address change. We can only accommodate a request before an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Delivery issues

If an order has not arrived after its delivery estimate, or if an item is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support with the order number and relevant photographs where available. We will review the order and carrier record, explain the next step, and apply the Returns and Refunds Policy where a return, replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate.
