These Terms govern use of Azure Synthetics and purchases made through the storefront. Our business address is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

Research-use catalog

Catalog items are offered solely for lawful laboratory research. They are not offered for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease. Azure support does not provide medical advice, dosing, administration, personal-use, veterinary, or treatment instructions.

Ordering and payment

You may place an order as a guest or through an account. A submitted order is an offer to purchase, not an acceptance by Azure Synthetics. We may verify payment, destination eligibility, product availability, and the research-use acknowledgment before accepting or fulfilling an order. Payment routes are displayed at checkout and may have their own provider terms.

Delivery and availability

Standard delivery is free for destinations shown as available at checkout. The current delivery estimate is 7-11 business days after dispatch for eligible destinations. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Azure Synthetics does not accept orders for shipment to South Korea. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for any import requirements, duties, taxes, or permissions that apply at the destination.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact support immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. Return requests are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items and require written authorization and a designated returns address from support; do not send returns to the principal office. There is no general change-of-mind return window. Report an eligible issue promptly with the order reference and relevant photographs. For an approved return, Azure covers return shipping and may provide a replacement or exchange where available; approved refunds are issued to the original payment route where possible. See the Returns and Refunds Policy for full terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
