Returns and Refunds

Cancellations and change-of-mind requests

Contact support immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We can cancel an order before it has been prepared or dispatched. After dispatch, we do not accept routine change-of-mind returns, except where mandatory law gives you a different right.

When we accept a return

Azure Synthetics accepts return requests for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If an order is reported as missing or undeliverable, we review the order and carrier record before confirming the available remedy.

Report an issue

お問い合わせ support@azuresynthetics.com promptly after delivery, or as soon as possible after a delivery estimate has passed. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where available. We will review the request and provide written return instructions when a return is approved.

Return method and cost

Do not send a return before receiving written authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns unless applicable law requires Azure to provide another remedy. We will provide the designated return address and instructions. Do not send returns to the Wyoming principal office.

Refunds, replacements, and exchanges

For an approved claim, you may request a refund or, where available, a replacement or exchange. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment route where possible. We initiate an approved refund within 7 business days; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider or wallet used.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit consumer or other mandatory rights that apply to you under the law of your country or region.
